Spot Welding Tip Clean

Hi All 

I have fanuc robot M-420IA , With R30iB controller. Basically I am using it for the Spot welding. So as 12 cycles completes, I need to clean the tip but every time it requires to touch up the points minor . It there any setting , I can use for look for. I just want some setting like , I can hold the program after 12 cycles and adjust the tip clean and it automatically adjust the touch up.

    You can define three syntax in your program to do the Tip dressing .

    TIP DRESS - It is a program where executed , Program will get hold. Do the cleaning of the tips. 

    Afterwards , Execute 

    Press_Motn - Which is used to set zero position on 7th Axis.  

    Afterwards , Execute 

    WR_UPDATE - It will ask you , What is the millimeter of dressing is performed . Accordingly it will set the distance between tips.
