Yup ,  I asked to our IT department. They called some IBM guy . He had experience with connection of robots. He also suggested that Router can be the option.  Thanks braylen.

You are right. Option was set as false. Now it is open after power off.  Thanks friend. I was thinking if i could do it manually. But it could damage the gripper set.!
