Hi Toby!

Make sure the robot and PC are on the same subnet but both are using different IP addresses. Can you explain your problem a little more.. like what explorer version are you using? So that i can have a clear idea of your problem!

Below are few troubleshooting , You can try...

1. Check , if you are able to open with IP address on the Teach Pendant. 

2. Check , If HTTPs are unable on TP pendant. (below steps)

3. Check if you have added the same IP address (Step 1 ) to trusted sites ( Below Step) in Internet Explorer.

4. Disable external firewall software or add allow through firewall. 

5. Try to follow system recommendation

 

6. Check IP address in Both teach pendant and Internet explorer

 

 

 

 

Hello Sarwat,

I read in manual , It has to be same IP address. However , I will try your method as well. 

I m not able to open the IR Web server with Internet Explorer on PC. I dont know how to check the internet explorer version. I think its may be 6 something.
