New postHi Braylen,
I would like to answer your query, that is a Hand Broken Alarm: SRVO-006 SERVO Hand broken.
Cause: A safety hand has broken.
If no broken hand can be found, however, the most likely cause is the HBK signal of a robot connection cable being at the 0 V level.
Remedy:
Thanks!
Thanks ,
I will go with 4th remedy.
I am not using any feedback at end tooling .
Do you know which system variable can be used to disable it ?
Also perform following check .
- Through check the cable with multi-meter continuity function. If the cable is broken it will be checked .
- Check two Connectors CRF8 and CRM68 on the 6-axis servo amplifier are firmly connected. Also, verify that the robot connection cable (RMP1) is in good condition, and there are no cuts or kinks visible.
- Check the internal cable of the robot for a short circuit or connection to ground.
- Check FUSES on servo amplifier , Specially FS2
