I am having M-16iB controller.
Assistance is needed as I am having about 20 routines/parts of FANUC which are needed to be run but I am not in mood to give the console to the operator. Therefore, I am searching for a way if I can setup the operators console that will have each routine on a button? Therefore, by pressing the button for each part will enable operation of each part.
Looking for answers.

You can use external PLC for the purpose, and the robot can be order like a tool.
For 1 do the routine 1.

You can use the controller's I/O ports to get the signals from the push buttons and start the right routine.
If the controller doesn't have enough I/O ports ( ex. you need 20 and the controllers have 10), you can use external I/O modules via fieldbus, like this:

As fanuc I-pendant has limited configuration on HMI screen . It is hard to configure the program calling the way you are looking for.
But , You can connect external HMI screen which can be configured with PLC to send particular programs with custom button. i.e. 20 buttons on HMI screen.
Configured PLC with HMI to perform a task , When pressed "1" it will execute program "1" on robot. So PLC will call program from robot to perform the task.
