Cycle Power

Hello , 

I was teaching a program and suddenly i encountered an issue. I called up my friend , He suggested me to perform certain changes and do the cycle power. i have changed what he suggested but now i am stuck at cycle power step. I do not see cycle power option in menu.

Where to find it ? 

Pls help..
