Answered ARC-013

Hi all , 

I have welding system lincon 455 attached to my fanuc robot. I am getting this alarm ARC-013 ARC DETECT , I have tried to check every connection. But i am not sure where to look at exactly. I reset the alarm but it pops up again. 

Looking for remedy.

    Dear Losev,

    Your robot is waiting for Arc Established or Arc Detect signal, if it is not been set otherwise. After Arc starts, go check for the signal if it is stable.

    Plus you should also go to:

    MENU -> Setup -> Weld Equip -> Arc start error time

    Then increase the arch start time to 1.5 sec.
