Hi ,
We have M20iA with R30iB controller. It was a battery failure. Someone just ignored BZ alarm. As normal procedure , mastering is required when you have a battery failure. So When we approached for mastering procedure. We are not able to perform it.
Please help .

You may be missing some of important steps while doing the mastering. Make sure you take backup before doing the mastering procedure.
First read the whole procedure and then take actions step by step. So you can be ready when you have reached to that step. Otherwise you would notice that , you do not have things available and will make yourself not even on the both of side.
