We have LRMATE 2000i. and couple of many robots. As of now we have low working frequency and to make the work floor more spacious , we are planning to move one of robot into inventory room. It will not be used for at-least next season. i.e. six months. Looking for proper guidelines, How should we pack the robot and what precaution should we take for battery. As they may get drained .

As long as you are planning to move your robot to inventory and also planning to use it again in future. So , it is strongly advisable to perform maintenance as per schedule with your other robots as well. Also do change the battery with the other robots. As a result , when you resume your robot service or suddenly you have a high working load, at that time you can rely on this system and you would not be spending money on outsourcing.
You can use pallet as a stand which came with the robot , Position of robot should be in transportation position before moving it on shop floor. Joint angle positions are mentioned in your manual. After placing the robot , simply cover it plastic sheet so it will protect it from dusting.
