Hey , 

We have 6 production robot and one of the robot show SRVO-171 Motor speed limit /DVC (G1 : A4). We have checked every cable controller panel fuses everything. But in vain. Can anyone help us in this situation.

    Hi Toby cooke 

    It is merely a warning you should ignore it. And if you have found it harmful you should increase its severity so that it stops your robot.

    SRVO-171 WARN MotorSpd lim/DVC(G:%d A:%d)

    Cause: Motor can not rotate as fast as the calculated speed required for the current motion.

    Remedy: This is just a notification. You do not have to do anything for this warning message.

    Thanks for the answer. We had a lot of work pressure.We have skipped maintenance since last two times. Can it be the issue ?

    There! you are getting this all because of delayed maintenance and you should take care of the maintenance. It could possibly cause any other alarms in the near future

    Yeah , We have changed the grease . It was all dark in color since then alarm is not showing up. Thanks
