Reverse wire Fed of FANUC ARCMATE WELDER

Hello all,

I am currently working on my FANUC ARCMATE 100i having an RJ2 controller. I have just set it for working and because of few reasons the welder was not giving any output at the time when I was using it for welding through a program. It was giving ZERO Volts i.e. a power Wave of 450.

I was having a Power wave of 455m in my cell so I quickly changed the welders. A strange thing happened that the wire feeds are now working in reverse. Whenever I am clicking on the wire+ over the teach pendent, the wire is retracting and vice versa for the wire. However, when I ma running the welding program, when enough wire is available at the start of program it is arcing but the problem is same that wires are retracting instead to feed and it halts quickly.

There is another strange thing that eh wire feeder is louder now with the new welder robot.

Does anyone of you has an idea?

I do not believe that I have wired feeder motor in reverse connection because one cannot do the connections of cables that are only plugged in a single way, moreover, when I was having older welder on the wire+, it worked perfectly.

Any suggestions? Any ideas? Any solution?
