Hi All,
Does anyone has an idea of using the Pallet Tool? Let's say 2 robots that are building in the same build location?
Waiting for answers.
Thank you all in advance

Didn't find what you were looking for?
New postYes , It can be done. Connect both robot with PLC. At the End of 1st robot program Call the program for 2nd Robot. And At the end of 2nd robot program call for 1st robot program . You can optimize the program running time accordingly , Lets say by timeout function, if you do not want to use PLC.
Well dear Isa,
Yes, this is possible.
Please tell me what do you want to know?
Thank you
hi both,
I am interested to know how is the unit load going to work with the setup. I am also interested to know that how would i be setting up both robots to build the same unit load on the same build station.
I don't think it seems to be happening. I am really required to hack it up the pallet tool because i am desiring to have its ability to alter the unit loads in easy way. Therefore, i believe the custom tool is going to be out.
Waiting to hear from you
Actually the unit load is exactly same among both units.
Therefore, is it pallet station or what?
You are having the PLC updating the pallet information after each drop and then controlling which of both robots makes each drop.
Dear chang,
In case if both of the robots are in production and one of the robots is placed inn a box. Now if PLC was to update the other robot with a new layer count wouldnt the robot have to be aborted to make the updates?
Isa, for it is going to be dependent on the software version that you would use.
