I have Arcmate - 120iD robot with R30iB controller. Before a month ago when i was doing the programming , I clearly remember , I had this option ARC START.I asked to the other operator. He said he did not do any changes in settings. Can anyone help me to get back that option. !

You need to disable the variable which change between the option of weld start and arc start.
By going into controlled start option --- > Menu --- > Variable ---> $AWFCFG ---> $WLD_PRC_ENA ---> FALSE
