I have welding robot running it with Lincoln and R30iB. My question is about nozzle cleaning. After every few cycle of running. We need to take a pause on the program and change the nozzle. Meanwhile the changed one is cleaned manually and when next cycle comes it is put back on and vice versa.
I am looking for any solution. That can i do this cleaning automatically.
Yes, Definitely it will improve the cycle time.

I will contact them. very convenient product. Just plug and play. It will do the operation in between the production w/o interference of the operator.
