I/O Flags changing without any mapping and programs

Hey All , 

I have Arcmate Robot with R30iB controller. Recently, I have started working on this robot. There was someone before me who had programmed everything. i.e. setting up DI, DO ,Flags , Programming. etc. Now products have changed. To match the product with current robot program and schedule ,  All i need to do is to make few changes in the DI , DO and some fixture settings. That all mapping is completed. But the issue i am facing is , Whenever i turn off couple of FLAGS, It gets automatically turn on. I tried to look into manual. It says Flags are mapped with RACK 34 . I have checked everything, There is no mapping on Rack 34. I have checked programs as well. Even they are not linked with these FLAGS. What other-things can be linked with these flags ? 

Looking for any experts help. !!

    Based on your explanation , I think there is a background logic running in some program which is interfering with your FLAGS.

    Check if you have any background program running or not as follow ..
