OVC Alarm Continuously

Good Day to all.

Our one of client has material handling robot. Which they use for picking up and dropping the parts from one stack of tires to another loading bay. I was called upon for the new part programming. Client has added one new product and it was heavier than previous. I have checked the weight of the part it is under the range of robot capacity. But the issue is now, When part is picked up and when it reaches to half of way , It generates the OVC alarm. I have tried to change joint angle and everything but still alarm generates but on different point of trajectory path. I am really confused. I have checked the robot breaks and grease as well. Also checked the power supply. All seems perfect. Can anyone guide me what can be the next trouble shooting point ?

Hi ,

Hope you doing good. This error is related due to overload on axis motor.

I believe you should check your payload settings. If you have not set up anything in payload schedule ,

Another possibility can be a gear ratio. Check your gear ratio. It may be overloading your motor limit.
