Lincoln Weld Issue

Hey to all ,

Very good noon.!

Our company has purchased the new robot , Arcmate 0iB with R30iB controller in refurbished condition. I went to the refurbished store to check the functions of the robot. The guy showed me every functions on teach pendant i.e. Wire feeding and welding everything. After i was satisfied with all the functions , I agreed to purchase the robot. He then formatted everything and delivered to our premises. I am able to jog the robot but nothing related to Welding like WELD ENBL , WIRE+ , WIRE- are not working. What is wrong with it ? Can anyone guide me with it ?

As you have mentioned the store person has formatted everything and installed S/W. and seller has not done the welding configuration with the welder machine. You will need to configure the Ethernet and IP settings in the controller to make it again working.
