Answered Singularity Avoidance Query

Hey , 

I was getting singularity error i solved the error by disabling it. This forum really helped me in that situation.

Now i have another issue. I have disabled the singularity avoidance. But robot arms are making very unusual moves. Can anyone guide me , If i can avoid this situaltion by using any other system variable or some settings ?

    There is a paid option Auto singularity avoidance (R512) . Which will sort out your issue.

    I agree with Cherly , Moreover if you take certain jog moves , which can eliminate singularity 

    1. Make sure J4 and J6 do not cross each other at zero degree.

    2. Use WJNT mode , 

    3. Use roboguide software for simulation. You can always change your jogging path whenever you see singularity.
