Can you confirm how old are they and how much time do you run in a single day ?

Hello , 

I do know how much they are old , But most probably , 2 -3 years. We usually run in two shift. Also do the maintenance on time.

I see , 

If you have encoder issue. You are most likely to lose the position very often even after mastering and calibration. You will need to change the encoder. I think FANUC do not provide only encoder. You will get whole kit with motor as well. If you want to only change the encoder then you will need to ask other third party robot service provider.

Thank you for information. Yes , I often lose position. I use single axis quick mastering procedure. 

Before that try full mastering. Make sure you have master calibration number sheet with you and image backup. Also check encoder batteries as well. You may receive BZ alarm for that.
