Answered Teach screen freezes

Hello,

My teach pendant's screen freezes almost every time I am trying to make a backup on my USB key.

Someone knows why?

    Hi Freeman,

    I can't really explain why but here some tips that you should use to avoid it.

    - Connect your USB into the controller port

    - Use an empty USB

    - Connect it and make your backup when your robot is not running
