1. What is the method of calling programs in auto with your robot (PNS, OTHER, etc)

2. In MENU--SYSTEM--CONFIG, do you start it by Local or remote

When you start the robot in auto, do you start an RSR named program or simply open any program that you want to run and start it with the operator panel of the robot controller?

Mathieu, I only ''select'' the desired program with the TP, then press Cycle Start on the controller.

I really don't know what's the difference between RSR or PSN and how to deal with them. 

can you take a picture of line 8 of the program CHEVALET?

Also, can you take a picture of the HIST page of the Alarm Log to see what is happening?

I just cleared all the previous error and ran CHEVALET and BIDON program few times. No error at all.

It always PAUSE at a motion, as far as I can see (line 8 of CHEVALET and line 2 of BIDON)

If you try to start the program again without clearing the HIST of alarm log is there a message on this page when the robot pause?

Mathieu, I cleared the history BEFORE running programs few times, sorry if I wasn't clear.

So I just did it again and absolutely NOTHING appears on both pages when the program PAUSE.. 

By the way, the BIDON program stopped twice at line 4 now (WAIT command). Seems like it's not related to a movement but maybe a delay / timer..

What is the version of the software?

Hi everyone. I just solved the problem last week. I think this is very specific to my robot (the background Karell running that I don't have access to) but I wanted to share my solution in case someone have a similar problem.

In fact, the problem started when I added a physical cycle start switch (never realized it..). I had a simple BG Logic that linked the 2 IO : DI[25- Cycle_Start] = DO[17 - Départ - Pause]. When I was pressing the button, it was momentary and didn't act like the cycle start on the controller. In other word, if I was holding the button, I could run the entire program without a problem.

Quick solution, 3 new lines in the BG logic, using a flag and it's now working perfectly!

This way I can pause the program and resume it. The downside is I need to add something to turn off the flag at the end of a program, for now I'm keeping this simple (will be added on the end sequence of each program), but I'm sure there is a way to make it work automatically.
