Weld Gun Srvo 171 Fault

I have read the comments here but they all seem to be on Group 1. My situation is coming from a Spot Welding Servo Gun as Group 2 Axis 1. Is there any way to troubleshoot the root cause of this warning. I have Techs that are seeing this warning and turning the Override down to 50% or less to try to make it go away. 

I know that I can disable it from showing up, but now I am curious as to what is actually causing this Warning. 

Any information on the topic would be appreciated.

The fault that is stopping the robot is SRVO-005 Robot Overtravel. We have no physical limit switches on this robot and not really sure which axis the fault is generating from.

    Hi Kenneth,

    The warning is simply because the speed desired for the servo gun is higher than what it can reach. What is the travel of this Axis?
    For the overtravel, is it on the group 2 again?
    What is the version of the controller?
     
    On both case, it seam that your problem can be solve in the config of the 7e axis (group 2)

    Thank you for the input. The controller is a R-30iA and we think that it is the Servo Gun (Grp2 Ax1 or Axis 7)

    The Servo Amp and Jumper were changed out today and I think that there have been no more faults since this occured.
