Roboguide Installation Error Exception Code

Hi,

I'm trying to install Roboguide on my computer and I get this error every time even if I'm admin of my computer:

Exception Code (-2147221504, 80040000h) raised from GrantAcces

Is it because of a new version?

    Hi Sylvain,

    We had this error in the past and we resolved it by setting the language of our windows in english during the installation.

    Try this if you are admin of your computer.
