Ziya Yusupov commented, I had to run IRvision as administrators then open IE as an administrator as well. I added IP address to compability view and now I can access it no problem.

Ziya Yusupov commented, I received a manual that I had to go through and only then I was able to pull up the IRvision software properly. I also, upgraded to Viscontrls08 version.

Ziya Yusupov commented, I' ve attempted to make it work after I made security changes with no luck. It never fully finishes copying files and said operation timed out. I have contacted Fanuc and waiting now.
