SRVO-068 and SRVO-065 on different axis at the same time

Hi all, I am working with the R2000iC. It had the SRVO-065 (BLAL Alarm) on Axis 5 continously for the past 2 months, replacing battery didnt help. Therefore we plan to replace the Axis 5's motor. But recently, I found out it had the SRVO-068 (DTERR Alarm) also on Axis 4.

So the question is should I replace both the motor of axis 4 and 5 or just the motor of axis 5 and the encoder cable of all axis.

    Hi Patu,

    With this error, it's either the pulse coder or the cable. Since the error happened of the 5th axis and after the 4th, check if there's some visible damage on the exposed cable (you may have to remove the protective shield):

    Also, you can check the connection of this cable to the motor encoder.
