Our fanuc robot is currently in error because of a SVRO-378 error.
This error causes the robot to be in an e-stop situation. All e-stop are released and there are no other errors.

This error is a chain alarm was detected with the SFDI signal. The first thing you can try is reset the chanel.
1. Press Menu and the expand button for more options
2. Go down and select Alarm and the Alarm Log

3. Go on the alarm SRVO-378 and press RES_1CH

Let's say that this dosen't work, what would be the next thing to look at ?

I am Mathieu, Emile's partner and i am the one who did the voltage test. in my e-stop circuits, i have 2 doors relays (with 2 contacts in series), 1 safety relay and the e-stop on my screen.
-For the 2 wires that come from my doors, i have 24vdc in safe condition (24vdc come from a power supply in a different panel). i guess this is one of the 2 channels
-For the 2 wires that come from my safety relay , i have 24vdc in a NON-safe condition
Is it ok that i have a different voltage for both channel in a safe condition?

No, use the same voltage sorce for sure and also, I suggest you use the voltage coming from the robot controler.

I found an DIY electric diagram in my documents. The project number is 10818.
the 24v is coming from the robot controller panel. I'm not sure where i should put my tester lead
at page 4 on the safety relay, terminal 13.
i know that on terminal 13 there are contacts and it goes to terminal 14. Is the power come from EES1 from the robot or from the controller panel?
if it come from the robot, can you tell me what voltage i should have on EES11 and EES21?
i don't have a plan for the robot, for witch volatge i should have on each pin... Can you provide?
Good morning, first of all, i've checked the voltage and everything should be correctly connected. The reason i had two voltages is because i also measured the voltage that pass thrue the contacts of the robot.
I did some test:
My e-stop chanels are connected to this adapter. 1 chanel is connected to the pine 5 and 6. the 2nd chanel is connected to the pin 38 and 40. I have plugged an e-stop with 2 contacts, directly to these chanel, replacing the wires on the left side of the adapter. I continue to have SRVO-378 (SFDI11) alarm and i also have SRVO-007 (external emergency stop)
How i can have an external emergency stop when i jump the chanel?
What is related to the SRVO-378 SFDI11 status abnormal?

Here's what Fanuc say about this alarm:
In order to clear this fault, the chain fault will need to be reset. To reset the chain fault press F4 RES_1CH on the active alarm menu and press F4 YES to reset the single channel fault. ?(Paint) SFDI signals exist on the Estop Board(s) and optional Safety I/O Board(s). This alarm will be posted if there is an issue with the Estop Board, Safety I/O Board or cable.
Ok there was a pin in te connector that pops out. I pushed it in and i have no more the SRVO-378.
But the code SRVO-007 still remains either if i jump the pin 5 and 6 for chanel 1 and i jump the pin 38 and 40 for chanel 2
what it means?
also i have the code SRVO-271. Is it related to e-stop too?

The SRVO-007 is External emergency stop. Be sure that you provide 24V to the pin 24VEXT_IN and that this port is jumped to 24V-2

Same thing with the 0V. Also, be sure to go RES_1CH each time you work on those chanels.

We do not provide 24vdc and 0v to these pin. They only are jumped togheter. when i measured it, from 0v and 24vdc jumper, i have 24vdc
i have a doubt because the pin 5 in your drawing is sd1com1 and i'm not plugged into sd1com2 at pin 39, i'm plugged into pin 38...
maybe i'm plugged at the wrong place??
Hi,
The External Estop is the pin 6 and 40. You need to supply 24V (from the pin 2,3 or 4) to the pin 6 and 0V (from the pin 36,37 or 38) to the pin 40 using the contacts of you estop. The pin 7 and 41 are for the fence. They also need to be jumped from 24V and 0V like the Estop line.
If this does not solve the problem, maybe the wrong connection is coming from the connector on the main board that is used for the SFDI inputs for the DCS

You need to know that we eliminate the cooperative relays that were plugged into the connector in the picture. (connector name on the card is CRR63)
I need information for the crmc19 (drawing you provide in messages). Is it related to the CRR63 connector?
I'm wondering if the code SRVO-007 and SRVO-271 can be in relation with this connector??
Maybe i messed up with the bypass connection... Can you provide the bypass i need to do to eliminate this option, with the color codes?

When you say to the pin 5, do you mean i shoud be plugged into pin 4 and 5 or it's a mistake and i should be plugged in pin 4 and 6?
Ok Mathieu, so the pin 5 to 6 have been modify for pin 4 to 6 and pin 38-40 were good.
we have new errors, Srvo-230 and srvo-231. Any tips?

Those alarms are related to the same problem.
where are the e-stop board? the e-stops line are connected to the board in the picture above. This adapter are connected to a big board.
take note that i bypass the pin 4 to 6 and 38 to 40 for the tests and we have the same code, 230 and 231
