New postHi Manvel,
Have you changed the IP Adress of the tablet to connect it to your network?
I did not change the IP address. This error occurred after a small power failure. here are the network settings:

Hi,
In that case, there's 2 options:
1. Check if the cable is correctly plugged in (USB and the twist connector on both side)
2. If it's not working, try to plug a standard Teach pendant:

I checked the cable, it seems to be all right. I tried to connect the remote control, but nothing worked for me. the power signal went off, but nothing was displayed on the screen.
Hi,
With that old teach, try to start the robot in the Boot monitor by holding F1 and F5 during the power ON and see if it's opening.
I connected the remote control with the F1 and F5 buttons pressed and it worked. The remote control is also connected to the CRX tablet, but my problem is that the block programming function does not work for me and this error is displayed every time.
Since we are in different time zones, could you please send several of your suggestions and action items at once?
In this case, there seems to be an issue with the tablet's connection.
1. Check if the cable is properly twisted in place.
2. Ensure the USB is securely plugged in.
3. Close the Fanuc application on the tablet and reopen it.
4. Swipe your finger from the extreme left of the screen to the right and tap on Clear Cache.
I want to see how it will all look in the correct state
I want to see how it will all look in the right state.
I think it's in good condition because if it wasn't connected I wouldn't be able to connect to the robot.
The current issue seems to be that the tablet is unable to connect to the robot. If you're able to jog and operate the robot using the classic teach pendant but not the tablet, there may be a problem with the tablet's connection or the app.
1. Connect the tablet to the robot
2. Power on the robot
3. Reboot the tablet by holding down the side button

4. Close the Fanuc app and reopen it to check if it connects successfully
I did everything according to your instructions, but the error did not disappear
Maybe there is a problem with the app? Because in the block programming section there is infinite loading
Can you show us a picture of the full teach so we can see if there's an alarm?
Try to open your program in the old interface:
1. Press on the menu (top left)

2. Press to open the full menu version

3. Go down and press on SELECT

4. Press on the bottom right to open the old teach version

5. See if you can open your program by going down and up with the arrows and pressing ENTER on your program
