When I press the push button on the auxiliary operator panel, UI [5: Fault Reset] flashes, but the Fanuc Robot is still at fault. There is no message on Teach Pendant.
Yes, the Fanuc Teach Pendant Selector is OFF, Control Box Selector in Auto, Fence Line and Estop Line it's OK.
What this problem?

To do a reset with the UI signals, you need to put Enable UI signals at TRUE in the system config

Rejean, is your cell is OK ?

I had this type of problem. See IO Status SI[1].

The "Reset Fault" blue push button always ON and lock other reset function.
