I just changed the End effector cable on my LR-Mate 200id and i get this error when I try to move my robot:
MOTN-049 Attempt to move w/o calibrated.
Does anyone have a solution?

Do you get a fuse blown on the alarm log? Usually when you unplog the end effector without turning off the power, you get this error with because of the fuse blown.

I did get the error and we changed the fuse with the spare one. Now I try to move the robot in world and I get this error.

Ok you need to recalibrate the robot. Simply follow this procedure:
