Answered SRVO-068 DTERR Alarm on Fanuc Robot

Hi,

I have an alarm that keeps happening on my Fanuc robot M-20iA/20M. The alarm is SRVO-068 DTERR Alarm. The robot is not moving. I tryed to recalibrate the robot but the problems is still there.

What can I do?

    Hi Sylvain,

    This problem is mostly due to a faulty wiring or a disconnected cable.

    Could you give me further information on the exact alarm code, including the Group and Axis number?

    Hi Nicolas,

    I have this alarm on the axis 5 most of the time but it happen once on the axis 6. I check the robot gray cable and it seams to be good (No damage).

    If you can't see any physical damage then it can be the motor encoder that is broken.

    I would suggest you to call Fanuc Support to have your robot checked you can reach them at this number : 1-888-326-8287

    Hi Arivazhagan,

    Can you give us a Error code? Usually, this error comes from the cable that connects all the motors of the robot.
