Answered I don't remember making a master-code for my FANUC?

Good Morning!

I am not remembering how to take a program from the master-cam or robo-master and then transferring it to RJ S420 robot. Please help me on this. Anyone?

I am only remembering that the program which I had on master-cam/robo-master then hit the G1 button which is saving it in a file and is readable in note and then transfer it some how to the robot through an R-232 cable.

    Hello Laurance Price ,

    In software , In Tool-path parameter tab , You will see a button at bottom. " Robot Config " .

    See attached picture

     

     

    When you click on that button , You will see robot selection " DROPDOWN " menu and Choose your Robot from the list .

     

     

    - Complete all the requisite steps. 

    - Verify tool path 

    - Verify with the Full Robot Simulation built in Software. 

    - Save .NC file

    - Open File is "CIMCO" software.

    - Configure it 

    - Send it to Robot.
