Let's say you are integrating the robot cell in the US, you will want to follow ANSI/RIA R15.06-2012, Part 2 (Note: ANSI/RIA adopted ISO10218, Part 1 and Part 2). Clause 5.10.4.2 dictates using ISO1357 to determine the required height, with the a minimum height of 1400 mm (55") from the adjacent walking surface.

ISO13857, Table 2 - Reaching Over Protective Structures - High Risk, is the table you would refer to. In general terms, industry standard is a minimum of 1800 mm (72"), and it also depend on the height of the robot hazard, risk of material being flung outside the fenced area.
