Configuring the profinet communication on TIA Portal

Hello Everybody,

I am facing issues on  profinet communications configuration, on TIA Portal. In the robot controller side, I configured the channel2 with the IP address, name and IO settings (16 byte inputs/outputs). In the Digital signals, assigned the rack 102 to DI's/DO's from 1 to 124. After checking, the controller says that communication's fine, RUN and data also okay but the apdu_status is in stop.

On TIA Portal , with only GSD connection works fine, but when the IO modules inserted on device there's an error on communications.

Can someone help me out here?
