Answered SRVO-480 & SRVO-232 alarms

Hi everyone!

We having two alarms on FANUC CR35iA, its been a while that we are trying to remove them. The SRV-232 NTED INPUT alarm goes when the Teach pendent is switched off while holding the DEAD MAN but the SRVO-480 is present in both states of the teach pendant..We have checked the docs but its not helping to get us out of the situation. TP is hang fully.  Can anyone Help?

    Hello , 

     

    SRVO - 232 :- 

     

    As per manual press NTED ( non teacher enabling device ) and then press RESET button. It will sort out the problem. 

    If not then as per controller manual related device attached to the alarm code is Estop Board. 

    1. Make sure E-Stop fuses are working in fine. Else change it. or change the E-Stop board

    2. check the function of any device connected to NTED. Is it working fine or not.  

    3. Check the Teach pendant cable and its pins. Make sure cable is not torn or pins are not damaged. 

    4. Change the Teach Pendant.

    5. Check the mode switch and the cable. Change it , If it is damaged. 

     

    SRVO - 480 :-

     

    This alarm is related to force sensor.  So check the force sensor cable. Make sure it is not damaged. Try changing it . Mostly it will resolve the issue.
