Check if your welder communicating with the controller or not? As per my experience Weld enable mismatch will be caused from a communication error.

I agree with Sarwat, It may be a communication problem. Your cable may be damaged. Check the communication cable properly. Additionally, as per manual it says there is a mismatch in on/off status. i.e. It is on lincoln welding controller but it is off on the teach pendant or vice versa. 

So, you need to check the status on the both of the equipment. 

In the Soft Panel by pressing the Menu then select Soft Panel --> F2 --> Applic.

Also verify I/O config. And stat. from the Spot equip I/O screen.

On TP --> I/O -->F1 --> TYPE --> Spot Equip
