Hi guys, I have started working on RJ3 FANUC W/ARCMATE 100iB.
The operator is saying that whenever he is touching up the weld point of the robot then it gives up an error "enter uframe no (GP:1, UFrame:1).
This has never happened to use before and suggestions are needed.

Hi, the operator is most probably going in a very different userframe from which it may be thought and is traditionally occurring only if the program is failing to setup the frame or you are only using jog command for the robot in attempt to touch it up directly. However, in FANUCS in case if the current tool frame is not maching the point which it has thought then you will be getting prompt. So, by default, it puts in the original taught frame number, but the prompt is there if you really want to change the taught point's frame number and/or tool number.
It is showing prompts on each time the program is being run in case if they have to touch up a weld point.
I think that the program is looking messy internally. It is going to have few points with one of the UF and some points with other UF. However, physically the robot will go tho the "correct" point but let's say it again that the program is messy internally for sure.

7> Change it to ZERO
In the main user frame the prompt was supposed to be "Active UFRAME $MNUFRAMNUM[1]=0".
However, someone had pushed it to SETIND which has changed the bits from 0 to 1.
When I used the CLRIND and it returned it to 0 and the issue was resolved.
