Hi guys,
We are working on FANUC ARC MATE-100ic RJ2 controller setup. We are trying to adjust the collision detection but do not know exactly how to adjust.. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

New postDear Bailey,
Here is how to adjust collision detect sensitivity for each axis:
First to make Servo Parameters view go to the System menu and turn SVPRM_ENB system variable on. Then on the Servo Parameter screen, you would enter the axis number and go the the Servo Parameters listed below:
Sensitivity for program motion:
R-J2; 42 & 43.
Sensitivity for jog motion:
R-J2; 122 & 123.
For instance to adjust the jogging sensitivity on a RJ-2 controller on axis 2, go to:
Servo parameter[ 2][122] &[123]
The numbers will be something like this:
Servo parameter[ 2][122] = 3555
Servo parameter[ 2][123] =-3555
To increase the sensitivity you can choose a big number (like 8000/-8000), to make it less sensitive you can choose a small No. like 0.I would recommend that you should record the current parameter vals before changing 'em.
*Please note that Servo parameters are different for R-J2 and R-J3 controllers.
Good luck!
