Answered ISDT-007(G:0, A:1)

Hi Everybody,

Can anyone here tell me what is this alarm ISTD-007 (G: 0, A:1), i am getting on my fanuc paint robot? Unfortunately i could not find anything related in the manuals? This alarm is repeatedly occurring and causing Downtime.

Please Help!

    Hi Masako,

    Here what i know about this alarm and i would like to share it with you:

    ISDT-007 Alarm
    Severity : pause gun
    Error message : Servo not READY (G:%d A:%d)
    Cause : Attempted to start process axes when servo is not ready.
    Remedy : Reset process axes

    I hope this gave an insight on how to prevent/Troubleshoot this alarm.
