I am getting SRVO-156 IPMAL ALARMS on axis 1, While running at 100% but works fine at 80%. I have tried to resolve it by replacing servo amp cables but this error is still on!!!

New postAlong with SRVO 156 I am also getting SRVO-106 door open/e-stop alarm I have replaced the E-Stop board because of it but it did not help...

Additionally IPM ( Intelligent power module ) monitors many things related to electrical. like short circuit , over heating , high voltage , low voltage. All these things will be monitor internally. So if you are getting IPM alarm very frequent , You should check incoming voltage to the robot according to your robot specification. Either 120v or 230v. If you are getting lesser voltage , higher voltage or not stabilized voltage , You need to have step up transformer , step down transformer or stabilizer for mentioned reason. Make sure every fan in the system is working fine and air way is not obstructed. Make sure your heat sinks are dissipating the heat properly.

Thanks Chadwick, I have resolved the issue it was just the elec. panel cleaning missing ..and i came to know that negligence in maintenance does cause alarms.
