Answered SRVO-075 pulse not established Alarm

Hi Everyone!

My Fanuc 200iC Robot with R-30iA controller is not moving at all, it has remained untouched since last year, but now i need to work on it so I replaced the batteries but it has no effect. I get a SRVO-075 error. Which means that the encoder needs to see a pulse so it can orient itself. The problem is in Joint mode I cannot move the robot at all because of this error. I am not able to do zero mastering because of this error. I have done a shift-reset as suggested by Fanuc but it has no effect.. kindly reply if anyone can help me out here!

    Hi Bailey,

    You can Press RES_PCA on the calibration screen -> YES -> Power off and Jog the axis until fault disappears.

    Hi everyone.  Fanuc 200iD Robot with R-30iB.
    Today I have the same afault, but i cant seem to get it away. Did RES_PCA with Power OFF/ON, SHIFT RESET, RESET ENTER. Cant seem to get it away.  I need to do a Zero Master and I unfortunately cant move the Robot. Does someone have an idea?

    Hi,

    Can you jog the robot in joint mode? If yes, try to travel -30 to 30 degrees on each axis before doing the mastering procedure. The robot needs to see at least 1 motor revolution to clear this alarm.
