Answered Something went wrong with P-700iA

Hello Everyone!

The robot drops (10 mm or more) when the power supply is off. Can anyone help me out here?

    Hi Pal,

    This drop is happening may be because your brake gap is too large if yes then should replace the motor. Or probably you have fused brake drive relay, Check your relay.

    I Hope it will resolve the issue.

    I have not encountered sch situation before I could only think of some mechanical play.. Let me check for the brake and relay too
