Hey All ,

I am done with servo gun setup. But When i tried to execute the program , I am receiving this SVGN-314. Did i miss any step ?

    I believe this issue is related to tolomatic setup wizard. SVGN-013 error is associated with the thickness of the sheet. Basically , When a servo gun is welding closing its paw it is getting the data mismatch from the encoder reading. May be your thickness is high than the actual saved in the data schedule. System is analyzing the data before weld and after weld. You may need to change the data in the  else you can define the thickness in the program it self. 

    For thickness check calibration

     

    Go To --->  MENUS ---> Utilities ---> TYPE ---> Gun Setup  --> Thickness Check Calibration --> EXEC
