    There can be issue with the Servo Amplifier or FSSB circuit.

    1. Check Fuses on Servo Amp. 

    2. Check you FSSB module , If you have no power there will be no LEDs Blinking 

    3. Check Optical Fiber Cable

    4. Check Encoder cable and Connectors
