Hi,
I have a common issue with my Arcmate Welding robot mig wire. When the wire comes from the spool it comes in circular shape. Is there anything i can use that make the wire straight ?

You can use an equipment , Which can be attached in feeding system. Its known as wire straightener.
LincoIn and many other robot companies have this type of system attached on their welding machine.
