Hello to everyone ,
I want to setup pressure conformation for our welding machine. At the end of day , we used to turnoff gas from gas supply and at next day when we start again the welding cycle, sometimes we forgot to turn-on the welding and if someone doesn't check, all production gets rejected. So i want to setup something , that will pop on if pressure is on or not.

Hello ,
You can connect pressure switch at the gas connection line ,Or there may be an integrated valve which can be used to mount the pressure switch. Else you will need to make some modification in line.
Your pressure switch will have wires based on PNP configuration or NPN configuration.
Connect your wires to EE connector PPABN or if you do not have EE connection you can connect to digital Input. You can refer EE connector wiring diagram on this link.

If you pressure is low at PPABN you will see alarm on your screen and for DI you will need to set user alarm for that action.
Also if you are planning further to connect any solenoid valves , You can refer this integrated solution as well. With this control module you will not required any external junction box etc.
