Need help again guys. When I set up a DO program nothing happens. I do not hear the relays click and there is no voltage between P2 to ground. I have sent it through a program and I have just tried to toggle on/off on the screen and get nothing. Any ideas?

I think I fixed it. In the BOM it gives the name of R1, R2, R3 as a 270 ohm resistor but a part number for 270k ohm. It should be 270 ohm. I switched out the resistors and the relays work now.

This is indeed a BOM error.
R1, R2, R3 must be 270 ohm resistors.
