Is there a way to unlock all of the options on the teach pendant?

The company that programmed these robots locked out the pendant so there's no access to utilities,etc. in the submenus.  I'm trying to figure out how to toggle the grippers on the EOAT and nothing is labelled on the DI's and DO's. I was also wondering when you do toggle inputs and outputs, is the pendant supposed to be off of auto? I've poked around on the pendant menus, but there's nothing on there like what I've been finding online. I'm hesitant to go too deep just pressing buttons because I don't want to accidently erase something or change something. Thanks for your time.
