INTP-105/PROG-040 Run request failed/locked by another task

When trying to open the gripper on our palletizer using the pendant's 'open gripper/F3exe' we get this error, we can move everything manually but when we try the 'auto' open gripper we get nothing but the error

    Hi,

    I've seen this error when you try to run two motion programs at the same time. The program open gripper needs to be in no motion mode. Press SELECT and on the 'open gripper' program press NEXT and then DETAIL and change the 1 for a * in the group mask

    You should be able to call this program in run mode inside an other program

    I am facing an issue target locked by other task, but i am not using two program at same time ialso delete others but problem still not resolve, pls provide solution

    Hi,

    Can you dive us the error code? Does the error still ON when you do a Abort All?
