Analog read not working

Do you have a picture of the configuration setup of your AI page?

If wiring seems good and the 0-10V output is ok maybe it's the configuration.

For the configuration of AI if the analog card is in the good slot everything should be ok.

here is a picture of how to wire the analog card, your wiring seems ok, but maybe you need to reference the ground with FG0.

Maybe you could double check the wiring of the V+ and V- just to be sure they are not swapped.

Check to be sure that the 0-10V comes at the entrance of the card not only at the output of the laser.

Other test you could do is try to wire it on V1+ and V1- just to validate.

The only difference I'm seeing is that my laser is outputing 5v instead of 10v, but worst case I'll see something around 0-2047 instead of 0-4095..

I checked my ground with the casing and it's OK
I bypassed a wire from FG0 to FG1, COM0 or the casing : nothing moves
V+ and V- are in the correct order
Checked again and the voltage is correct, from 0 to 5v depending on the laser distance (and this was taken directly on the card)
Voltage is behaving the same way with the cable beeing plugued or not (I see a pull-down resistor in your shematic, but it doesn't affect the reading)
Tried on V1.

I also remembered that I tried swapping the card with analog output back in the days.. It didn't solve the problem.

This said, this is not normal I'm reading a steady 4095 on all 4 channels. I should be close to 0 with a bit of noise.. I'm thinking of a variable in the system ??

We don't really think that it could be a variable thing, never had to play with variables while setting up an I/O rack.

to help us out is it possible to have the keyence part number to get the specs?
And other test you can try is to wire your laser on the other robot controller, you already swap the cards but we could be sure that is not the I/O Rack that could be the issue. 

Something else I would try is maybe move the analog card on another slot and configure it.

Keyence IL-600 with IL-1500 amplifier. I don't have a second robot, the analog card was borrowed from a supplier, but the card was working before sennding it to me. 
Like I said, I already tried to swap the card to another slot and configure it and it didn't worked. I can try again with my last slot, and I know for sure it's working since I added Digital Input.
