Hello , On your controller box you have selected the Mode in Auto and your teach pendant is ON position.  You need to turn off the TP and press reset on controller box.

Change system variable $IO_AUTO_CFG - 1 it will auto configure.  But you will need to clear I/O before that and cycle power.

Vicky Kanne There may be any background program running. Stop all the program and try. Use FCTN --- > ABORT (ALL)
